Im Jahre 1676, vor unglaublichen über 340 Jahren wurde das Unternehmen James Lock & Co. gegründet und ist bis heute in der Londoner No.6, St. James Street als königlicher Hutmacher ansässig.

Der "Boater" wird im Deutschen meist als "Kreissäge" übersetzt und ist im Besonderen aus dem Film "Der grosse Gatsby" bekannt. Der Sommerhut für einen echten Dandy!
