ANATOMICA - Japanese Authenticity

Anatomica redefines the classic American style and adapts its design, craftsmanship, and functionality with typical Japanese attention to detail. 

The Anatomica "Captain Ahab" Peacoat is modeled after the coats worn by recruits and non-commissioned officers in the U.S. Navy in the 1930s.

This coat, made in France, is a wonderful reproduction that captures the authentic character of the original. 

One of its standout features is the double-breasted button placket, which can be fastened with either the left or right button, allowing you to adjust the placket depending on the wind direction and thus provide optimal protection from the wind.

The buttons feature an anchor and 13 small stars, which symbolize the independent states of the U.S.!

Sizes run a little small. Please choose one size larger—M fits like L!
